NOTARIZING THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT: REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION AND PROCEDURE
In order for the buyer to notarize a sales contract for immovable property they are purchasing with the Notary, the following documentation is required:
- a copy of an APR excerpt – (The Serbian Business Register)
- D of the signatory
- a building permit for the building under construction
(if the subject of the purchase is a apartment or a building under construction)
- title deed
(if the subject of the purchase is apartment or a building under construction, the buyer will need a title deed for the land plot on which it is built, and if the subject of the sale is an already registered apartment or a business premise, then the buyer needs a title deed for that apartment or the business premise)
