Are the apartments registered?
The complete construction process is legal. All our buildings have location, construction and use permits, and upon completion of the works, the apartments are properly registered.
Is it possible to get a VAT refund on the apartment?
If the apartment you are buying is your first property, then under the applicable law you can exercise the right to a VAT refund for an area of 40 square metres and an additional 15 square metres per household member, if they have not previously been the owners of a property.
What does the price of a square metre depend on?
The price of a square metre of a apartment depends on the price of the location in which we are building, the additional features in the apartment that you are buying, and its size.
Are terraces included in the square footage of the apartment?
Yes, the terrace surface is incorporated in the square footage.
