BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRATION OF THE REAL ESTATE

The buyer becomes the owner of the apartment only after the apartment being registered in the land registry, and after the building, in which the apartment is located, is also registered.

The following are authorized departments of the the State Geodetic Authority for the territory of Novi Sad:

• Real Estate Cadastre Novi Sad 1, located at 21, Jevrejska Street, is responsible for the following cadastral municipalities: Begeč, Budisava, Veternik, Kovilj, Novi Sad II, Novi Sad IV, Futog,
• Real Estate Cadastre Novi Sad 2, located at 6, Železnička Street, is responsible for the following cadastral municipalities: Kać, Kisač, Novi Sad I, Novi Sad III, Rumenka, Stepanovićevo, Čenej.
