Energy Passport of the Building – Guarantee of Responsibility Towards Environment

This document is both a legal and a public requirement because it is a guarantee of responsible treatment of the environment during the building’s construction.
What is an energy passport?
According to the Rulebook on Conditions, Content and Method of Issuing Certificates on the Energy Properties of Buildings, energy passport is a document / certificate that “contains data on the energy class of the building according to its energy properties determined on the basis of the calculated final quantity of annual energy spent on heating for the referential climatic data which allows comparison of buildings with regard to their energy properties “.
In translation, this means that energy passport guarantees the quality of the building in relation to energy consumption, and at the same time, enables the planning of costs for monthly electricity bills.
According to the energy scale from “A+” to “G”, buildings can be divided into eight energy classes, where “A+” means the most energy-efficient, and “G” is the least energy-efficient class, while B is the class of recommendations for residential and business facilities.
